The Organising Company provides the Client with a space that has been mutually agreed upon within the zone of their choice, following the Client\u2019s request during registration for participation in the Agora\u2013Paths Exhibition on September 13 &amp; 14, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Organiser will provide the Client with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 banquet table (2.20m x 0.80m) <\/li>\n<li>1 white umbrella (3m), where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Electricity according to the Client\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. The Client has the right to sell their products, provided they can issue<br \/>the necessary documentation (receipts\/invoices).<\/p>\n<p>4. The Client must pay the full participation fee for their selected zone no later than August 18, 2025, into the Organising Company\u2019s bank account GR0801101410000014100952812 at the National Bank of Greece to participate in the exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>5. Once full payment has been received, the Organising Company will issue an invoice to the Client.<\/p>\n<p>6. In the event the Client cancels their participation after August 18, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>7. The exhibition&#8217;s opening hours are set from 10:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>8. During the remaining hours \u2014 from Friday night until Saturday at 10:00 and from Saturday at 21:00 until Sunday at 10:00 \u2014 booth security will be provided by the Organising Company.<\/p>\n<p>9. The exhibition setup will take place on Friday, September 12, after 21:30.<\/p>\n<p>10.
